About Our Special Needs Ministry

At Echo Grace, we believe the church is called to include and embrace people of all abilities. Our Special Needs Ministry spans every life stage—from one-on-one support for children through Echo Grace Buddies to group environments for adults with special needs. We also want to care for parents and caregivers, offering regular support and monthly respite events to provide rest and encouragement. 

Wherever someone is in their faith journey, we want them to experience the love of Christ and the joy of community without barriers.

OUR MISSION IS TO BUILD AND NURTURE A FAITH COMMUNITY WHERE EVERYONE, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITIES OR DISABILITIES, IS WELCOMED, SUPPORTED AND INSPIRED TO GROW IN FAITH.

Echo Grace Buddies

Echo Grace Buddies is a one-on-one ministry for children and youth from infancy to 18 years old. We believe every child deserves an inclusive space to experience Jesus, build friendships and grow in faith. Our trained Buddies walk alongside each child to ensure they can fully participate in worship, lessons and activities in a way that meets their unique needs.

Events

Each month, we host themed respite events for families in our Echo Grace Buddies Ministry. These afternoons are designed to give parents a break while their children are cared for by trained Buddy volunteers. Space is limited based on individual needs. Register

Delight is a monthly gathering for adults (18+) with special needs to grow in faith and build friendships. Join us for worship, teaching, activities and prayer on the last Friday of each month at Echo Grace Newburgh. Registration required.

Hosted annually at Echo Grace Warwick, Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience for individuals with special needs, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. This Christ-centered celebration is filled with dancing, joy and the love of Jesus for every honored guest.
